What is your Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) for custom private label candles?
Our standard MOQ for custom vessel colors, bespoke scent blends, and custom branded packaging starts at 500 to 1,000 units per SKU. For initial market testing and emerging boutique brands, smaller trial runs can be evaluated on request.
Can we sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) before sharing proprietary designs?
Absolutely. We strictly protect intellectual property and brand privacy. We are fully prepared to sign a mutual NDA or execute your company’s standard non-disclosure agreement prior to receiving CAD designs, custom fragrance specs, or artwork.
How long does physical wax and fragrance sampling take?
Standard fragrance and botanical wax formulation samples are dispatched within 5–7 business days. Fully customized samples featuring specialized vessel spraying, screen printing, and custom box proofing typically require 7–12 business days.
